Vehicle delivery & pickup.

DriveDilSe doesn't ship physical goods — instead, we deliver your rented vehicle to your chosen location and pick it up again at the end of your trip. Here's how it works.

Doorstep Delivery

When booking, you can opt for doorstep delivery — we'll bring the vehicle to your chosen location instead of you collecting it from our pickup hub.

  • ₹700 flat charge for delivery/pickup within 7 km of our pickup hub
  • ₹20 per km beyond 7 km, calculated on the exact distance to your location
  • Delivery charges are shown upfront before payment — there are no surprise fees

Delivery Modes

At checkout, choose the delivery arrangement that suits your trip:

🔁 Same Location
Vehicle is delivered to your address and picked up from the same address at the end of your booking.
↔️ Flexi Drop
Pick up the vehicle at one location and drop it off at a different location at the end of your trip.
✈️ Airport
Vehicle delivered to or collected from a designated airport meeting point in Pune.
🚕 Railway Station
Vehicle delivered to or collected from a designated railway station meeting point in Pune.

Delivery Timing & Process
  1. Select your delivery/pickup location on the map while booking — the delivery charge is calculated instantly
  2. Our representative arrives at your chosen location at the start time of your Booking Period with the vehicle, documentation, and keys
  3. A quick walk-around inspection is done together, and the Check-In OTP confirms handover
  4. At the end of your trip, the vehicle is collected from the agreed drop location; the Check-Out OTP confirms the return

Please ensure someone is available at the chosen location at the scheduled time — delays caused by unavailability may affect your Booking Period as per our Booking Policy.

Service Area

Doorstep delivery is currently available within Pune city and its surrounding areas. If your delivery location is outside our standard service radius, please contact us on WhatsApp before booking to confirm availability and charges.

If you choose not to opt for delivery, you can collect and return the vehicle at our pickup hub at no extra charge.
